This is an update on my progress on my Free Christmas 2016 Challenge, where I attempt to earn enough money online to pay for my family’s entire Christmas budget. You can read more about it here.

The free Christmas challenge. How I'm funding my entire Christmas budget (over $700) online with survey sites.

This

YouGov: 21000 Points (+ 100)
SurveySavvy: $6 (+ 0)
I-Say: 6 (+ 17, redeemed for $10 Amazon Card, + earned a bonus $5 participant giftcard)
Opinion Outpost: 55 points (+ 0)
MyPoints: 3676 points (+ 250)
MySurvey: 557 points (+ 0)
American Consumer Opinion Panel: 2500 points (+ 45)
Swagbucks: 1776 (+ 106)
Mintvine: 20 (+ 0)

Much of my focus was elsewhere this month as I really focused on blogging and promoting blog posts on social media. MamaHippie is definitly growing, and with that I’ve lost a lot time that normally would have gone to this project. But I still ended up earning around $8 including the bonus giftcard, and I got quite a few presents already with some discounts and sales, so I’m pretty confident I won’t have to come out of pocket this year for Christmas.

Does this month’s earnings make you want to join my free Christmas challenge? Or maybe you only need to earn half of your budget to be comfortable? Let me know your goals and progress below!
