We’re always on the lookout for exciting and interesting toys. I’m on my third baby now, so we’ve accumilated a lot of toys. Some engaging and entertaining, but most played with for a few minutes, only to be forgotten until the decluttering bug hits me. So when we find a toy that keeps my kids interest for a while, we’re all in!

My 2 and 3 year old already love their people blocks zoo animals. It’s a toy built to last, and one that my kids keep going to over and over again. So getting the opportunity to try some toys for my 6 month old by People Toy Company was great timing.

I received the following products at no cost to facilitate my post; however all opinions remain my own. This post contains affiliate links, meaning I will receive a small comission for purchases made at no extra cost to you. For more information, see my full disclosure policy.

We were sent the baby clicker remote control baby teether and the first words baby babble training trumpet.

Baby Clicker Remote Control Baby Teether

The People Toy Company’s Baby clicker teether is a baby teether in the shape of a remote control. The lower gray area is softer, and perfect for grabbing and improving grip strength, while the blue area is firm and perfect for teething.rey area is soft for tactile play and improving grip strength. Honestly, my baby loves chewing the whole thing.

I love that this teether looks so similiar to a remote control. Although the baby toys in fun colors are cute and colorful, I appreciate the muted colors on this remote. It really does look convincingly like the real thing, which as any parent knows, is way more interesting to a baby then any of the brightly colored toys that were purchased just for them. My two year old likes this toy as well. We actually store this toy in the same place as our remote so it seems less like a ‘toy’ and therefore more interesting.

My only complaint with this toy is with the packaging. The packaging says the toy is made out of rubber (which I’m unsure if it’s even accurate). I’d love to see this in bigger writing on the toy, since rubber/latex allergies can be serious. This luckily isn’t an issue in our household, but can be in others.

First Words Baby Babble Training Trumpet

The Baby Babble First Words Training Trumpet is a trumpet in the shape of a sipicup. Its two-way mouthpiece allows baby to both suck and blow to create a playful whistleing sound that helps develop speech muscles through play to get baby ready for their first words.  The top is removable for easy washing.

All three of my kids love this thing! It has some serious staying power. My 2 and 3 year old love the whistle on top and take turns blowing it. My 6 month old hasn’t quite figured out how that part works, but the handles make it easy for her to grasp, and she loves watching and listening to the colorful balls as she shakes it.

I love love love that the top seperates from the bottom. This is absolutely genious, and makes cleaning this a breeze. I’ve never encountered another toy with this design before. This might even make its way to our music class. Plus the two way design of the whistle means babies and toddlers of different ages will be able to use it.
